Which file formats are supported?

The knowledge base supports PDF, Word (docx), Excel (xlsx), and images (jpg, png) with text that is recognized via OCR. So you can also upload photos of manual pages. Maximum file size is 50MB per document.

Are industry standards included?

We index publicly available summaries and interpretations of standards. The full standard texts are copyrighted and require a license. If you have your own license and upload the PDFs, those naturally become fully searchable.

How much can I upload?

It depends on your plan. Starter includes 1GB storage (plenty for hundreds of manuals), Growth has 10GB, and Pro has unlimited storage. Most customers are well served with the standard storage.
