What we do
Klusmaat is software that takes over the administration of installers, electricians, and contractors. Not a dashboard you spend evenings in. But an AI that watches, thinks along, and acts while you're on the job.
Why now?
AI is finally good enough to actually help. Not as a chatbot giving weird answers, but as a digital colleague that understands the Dutch construction sector. That knows what a TU article number is. That knows NEN standards. That gets that an installer isn't sitting at a desk at 9 AM.
How it started
Klusmaat's founder grew up in an installer family. Dad came home from work, ate dinner, and sat behind the computer. Making quotes. Sending invoices. Updating records. Every evening, again.
Later, working in tech, we kept seeing the same tools: CRM systems designed for office work. Complicated menus. Thousand options. And always: you have to enter everything. The system does nothing itself.
Klusmaat flips that around. The AI answers the phone while you're on a ladder. Creates the invoice based on what you did. Orders parts when stock is low. You work, the software handles the rest.

Work, don't record
Most software asks you to enter things. Klusmaat does it itself: invoices, quotes, scheduling. You only correct where needed.
Dutch, not translated
Not American software with a Dutch language patch. TU prices, NEN standards, VAT rules, IBAN payments — it's all built in.
Honest about what it can do
We don't promise miracles. The AI makes mistakes. But it saves you more time than it costs to correct. And it gets smarter every week.
Who we are
Tech people with roots in construction
Our team consists of software developers and AI specialists, most of whom grew up with family in construction or technical trades. We test with real installers, not focus groups.
